How can I order from 10X Media?

There are two (2) ways to order from us;

  1. either as a 10X Media Content Marketing Partner client which requires a minimum order of 5 content assets (which qualifies you for 15% off your order plus 15% off all your future orders);
  2. or you can simply order a casual once-off Content Asset by selecting the service you are after and completing the short order brief so we can understand your requirements and get your project underway.

Alternatively, if you have a custom order request, or require other types of content such as Ad Copy, Sales Presentation Creation, Pitch Deck Design & Copywriting, Custom Video or Audio Production, etc. – you’re welcome to contact us for a custom quote.

Can I just make a one-off content order?

Yes, if you’re not yet ready to become a 10X Media Content Marketing Partner client, you are welcome to make a once-off Content order by selecting the service you are after and completing the short order brief so we can understand your requirements and get your project underway.

Alternatively, if you have a custom order request, or require other types of content such as Ad Copy, Sales Presentation Creation, Pitch Deck Design & Copywriting, Custom Video or Audio Production, etc. – you’re welcome to contact us for a custom quote.

Why do I need to setup a Profile to become a Partner Client?

Good marketing content only cuts through when the creator really understands the audience it is being produced for. This is where our Partner Profile comes in.

By setting up a Partner Profile with us, you are giving us all the data we need to create compelling targeted content.

At 10X Media, we invest the time to really understanding your business, your goals, your target audience demographics, psychographics and interests, and where you are planning to distribute your content – whether it be on your blog, email, social media, paid content distribution channels or production for a large 3rd party publisher.

With this information at hand, we can produce the best possible content for your business, brand or app marketing. And because we want you to succeed, we like encourage best practices that facilitate success.

What questions do I need to answer when I set up my Partner Profile?

We start with your Contact Details and then the questions are broken up into three sections, as follows:

PART ONE: CONTENT MARKETING PROFILE

  • Where do you primarily publish your content?
  • What industry are you in?
  • What does your business do?
  • What geographic location are you targeting with your content?
  • Which content distribution channels do you currently utlise?
  • Which keywords are you trying to rank for, or what keywords would most likely be used to search for your product or service?
  • What are you hoping to achieve with the marketing content you are requesting from us?
  • What are your content marketing goals and objectives?

PART TWO: CONTENT POSITIONING PROFILE

  • What type/types of content are you currently producing, if any?
  • Why do people come to your site to consume your content?
  • How do you typically slant your content?
  • How is your content original?
  • What length of content do you typically produce?
  • What writing style/tone do you typically employ?
  • What readership level do you write for?
  • What elements do you use to make your content sound and look like yours?
  • Do you have a defined content marketing Brand Voice or Mission Statement?

PART THREE: TARGET AUDIENCE PROFILE

  • Age Bracket
  • Gender (% breakdown)
  • Job Title
  • Interests
  • What do they consume online and which sites do they frequent most?
  • Any other distinguishing elements?

Now, we know this requires you knowing detailed information about your market and target customers. In an ideal world, you would already have all this material at hand, but you’re probably busy working on other important things (like running your business).

So if you don’t have the data required to complete your Partner Profile Form, we can do it for you. This service is called the Content Marketing Check.

What questions do I need to answer when I order a one-off service?

Even though our clients who order one-off services with us aren’t required to set up detailed Partner Profiles (which we do recommend), we still try to find out as much as we can about their content marketing needs and aims.

So for one-off orders, we’ll ask you about what you want to use the piece of content for, where it’s going to be published and what your requirements are. We’ll also ask you about your business and who the target audience is for the piece of content we’re producing.

And, of course, each service has unique questions specific to the type of content we’re producing, such as voice-over preferences, video design requirements, etc.

What if I want to change my order details after I’ve submitted my order?

As long as your order is in the “New” status (meaning we haven’t started processing your order yet), you are welcome to change or modify your order details. Just contact us here [email protected] with “Wait, please change my order details” (or something similar) in the subject line and include your purchase order confirmation ID or email and the details you wish to change.

Do you have discounts for bulk orders? How does that work?

Yes, if you order 5 or more content assets either directly from the site or included in a custom order package that is issued to you after contacting us, plus set-up your Partner Profile, you will qualify for 15% off your order and all future orders. What currency are your prices in?

All prices displayed on the 10X Media site are in USD due to the fact we have an international client base.

However, if you would like to be invoiced in another currency, simply select ‘Bank transfer’ as your payment method during checkout and we can invoice you for the equivalent value in your selected currency.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, bank wire transfer and sometimes Paypal for smaller orders. Our credit card payment processing is processed by Stripe and sometimes Paypal.

For those clients wanting to pay via bank wire transfer/deposit, we issue you an invoice with an itemised account summary and our payment details.

How does your Invoicing work and what are your payment terms?

For one-off services, these are typically paid through our website in advance of services being rendered. However, if preferred, we can certainly arrange to invoice you for a 50% deposit to commence work and the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the service.

For our Partner clients, and those clients who request to be sent an invoice, we request 50% up front and the remaining due upon delivery of the service.

For all invoices, a minimum payment of the first 50% is required before work can commence and the remaining 50% is due within 14 days of us completing your order.

How long will it take you to complete my order?

Each service is a little different and all our time frames are also depend on how many revision and feedback rounds are required to get your content just how you want it. However, in many cases, revision rounds aren’t required due to our stringent quality assurance and editorial processes. This means we always aim to satisfy you on the first round with a properly polished piece ready for your review.

Timelines:

  • Content Marketing Check: 7 Days from when we receive your completed order and questionnaire.
  • Blog Content: Once you have approved the idea and strategy, Regular length blog content has a 7 day turn around period where as the longer Large and Epic blog content services can take up to 10-14 days. An approval process will then take place and any final edits made.
  • Sales Copy: Once you have approved the idea and strategy, our sales copy services have a 5-7 day turn around. An approval process will then take place.
  • Info-products: These take 10-14 days to complete once the concept and planning has been approved by you. An approval process will then take place.
  • Infographics: These take 5 days to complete once the research and concept has been approved by you. An approval process will then take place.
  • Press Release services: We will liaise with you on the strategy of the press release before proceeding with writing. Then once you have approved the strategy we will complete the research and writing of a first draft within 3 working days. An approval process will then take place.
  • Video services: Script writing and storyboard planning takes 2-3 days. Demo and App videos have a 5 day build time whereas Animated whiteboard and live actor videos have an 8 day turn around. Custom Animated Character videos have a much longer time frame as they are considerably more labour intensive to develop the hand drawn illustrations etc, therefore they can take up to 3-4 weeks. Upon completion, an approval process will then take place.
  • Podcast services: Voice-over and Interview podcasts take 7 days after the script/questions has been approved. However, the Interview podcast time frame is dependant on the Interviewee being available at the beginning of this 7 day period. Upon completion, an approval process will then take place.
  • Content Repurposing services: Video Repurposing takes 7-10 days from script and storyboard approval whereas Podcast repurposing takes 3-5 days from script approval.

How many revisions am I allowed and what are your revision guidelines?

Each service is a little different – for example, if you order video or podcast content we allow unlimited revisions on the script and storyboard until you’re happy. However, do bear in mind that changes to the script or storyboard after we have created the video or podcast may incur additional charges.

For Blog, Infographic, Info-Product, PR and Sales Copy content you are allowed unlimited revisions for a period of 30 days after delivery of the content.

What is your Content Guarantee?

We offer a 30 Day Quality Assurance Guarantee on all your content production services.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your content order, we will urgently redo the content for you, or offer a full refund if we’re unable to deliver it to your expectations. We’re confident in what we do and we want you to be too.

Do you offer on-going support once my order has been created?
Is there telephone support for non-Partner Clients one-off orders?

We’re unable to offer telephone support on ad hoc services. In our experience, the written record created by a text-based ticketing system solves problems efficiently and effectively, and archives those solutions for future reference in a way that telephone conversations cannot.

However, if you plan to order more than 5 content assets, then we encourage you to become a 10X Media Partner Client which will entitle you to 15% off all future orders, plus a higher level of service, including phone support.

If you are a 10X Media Partner and have engaged one of our on-going consulting and implementation services, you will have direct access to your service specialist and project managers(s) who will be able to help regarding any additional ad hoc services that you have purchased.

Why should I invest in quality Sales Copy?

It’s simple – the words you use will either draw people in, wanting to discover more, or they will move people away, never to return. Don’t make the mistake of overlooking good copywriting as part of your content and engagement strategy – it is THE thing that persuades your website visitors to opt-in, click-through or buy.

How long should my Sales Copy be?

If you are making your visitors commit to a small ask, such as giving you their email address, and they don’t have too many objections, your sales copy should be short.

On the other hand, if you are asking for a bigger commitment such as making a $1,000 purchase or more, then you’ll need longer sales copy as there will be more objections and items that will need addressing. Therefore, we will need to present more information to compel your potential customers into making a buying decision.

What is a keyword phrase?

In our Partner Profile Set-up Form and also when your order any of our one-off services, such as blog content or sales copywriting, we’ll ask about the keyword phrases you are looking to target, if any.

So when we’re referring to a ‘keyword phrase’, we’re referring to what an individual might type into a search engine such as Google to find your product or service on the web.

Most people search for goods and services via Google and Bing by entering “keywords” or “search phrases” in the search box and click Search.

Some examples of keyword phrases, when searching for an Content Marketing Agency, might be:

  • content marketing
  • content marketing agency
  • marketing video production company
  • etc.

Why should I invest in Blog content?

Most E-books, PDF Guides or Research Papers such are anywhere between 3,000-10,000 words in length and this excludes your images and illustrations. We currently advertise the 3000 word length but you can certainly request more if you feel your piece requires more research and detail.

For packages including Outreach, we will reach out to a targeted list of blogs, websites and other influential online portals to get your content featured and/or to secure an interview. This includes up to 8 hours outreach per standard Outreach order.
